  • How long will it take to get my order?

    Each item is made just for you! Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–7 business days. Once shipped, you’ll get tracking info so you can follow it right to your doorstep. Please allow a little extra time during holidays.

  • Can I return or exchange an item?

    Because each piece is custom-made, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges unless there’s a defect or issue with your order. Please double-check sizing and product details before ordering!

  • What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?

    If your item arrives damaged or not quite right, please email us within 7 days of receiving it, along with a photo and your order number. We’ll take care of it ASAP.

  • Can I cancel or change my order after it’s placed?

    Orders begin processing quickly, so we can’t guarantee changes once it’s submitted. If you need to update something, contact us right away and we’ll do our best to help.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    At this time, we’re only shipping within the U.S. But we’re always looking to expand — stay tuned!

  • How do I make sure I order the right size?

    Every product page includes a detailed size chart. Be sure to compare measurements to something you already own to get the perfect fit — since each piece is made to order, we can’t offer size-based returns.
